CEFP Eligibility Requirements
Qualified individuals must have achieved a minimum of 8 years in facilities work. In addition, applicants must earn a total of 15 points based on educational experience. One point per year of experience past the minimum will be added to the total in ensuring eligibility.
Facilities Management Bachelors Degree -10 Points
Architecture/Engineering Bachelors Degree -9 Points
Other BS/BA Degree -7 Points
Masters/PhD (In addition to BS) -5 Points
HS Diploma (only if higher education was not obtained) -4 Points
Supplemental Achievements:
Institute for Facilities Management Graduate -2 Points
Leadership Academy Graduate -2 Points
EFP Recipient -4 Points
Other License/Certification Designation (PE/RA) -1 Point (max of 3 points)
